Andrew Johnson is a highly regarded commercial negotiator and acquisition specialist, known for his ability to uncover, analyse, and secure high-performing off-market assets across Australia. With over 20 years of experience as a business owner and active investor, Andrew combines deep market insight with a proven results-first approach that consistently delivers exceptional outcomes.

Vickie Johnson is the strategic architect behind Wealth Space’s methodology. With more than 25 years of experience spanning urban and regional planning, project management for commercial developments, and property investment, she brings a rare blend of technical precision and strategic foresight. Vickie has overseen complex commercial projects from concept through construction and compliance, and today applies that expertise to guiding clients in building high-performing, sustainable commercial portfolios.

Kelly Burton completes the Wealth Space leadership team, bringing over a decade of business coaching, business ownership, and operational delivery experience. Having successfully bought and sold multiple businesses, Kelly adds the systems, structure, and accountability that ensure clients not only achieve their investment goals — they do so efficiently, confidently, and with a clear roadmap for success.

The Wealth Space team is supported by an expert Property Services team, data-driven commercial property analysts whose expertise in research, valuation, and market intelligence underpins every client acquisition. Their analytical precision ensures each opportunity is strategically aligned to performance, risk, and long-term growth objectives.

For the past nine years, we’ve operated as established commercial brokers while personally investing, developing, and project-managing multi-million-dollar real estate ventures. Those lessons, earned over years of hands-on experience, now shape the strategies we deliver for our clients.

We’re a husband-and-wife team with three boys, living on the Sunshine Coast, and our passion is building portfolios that stand the test of time — for our family, and for the families we work with.
